The material is very pure and soft. Custom service is provided. Custom send us a file of design, we can print the logo on material and make bag in custom’s requirement. (2) permanent sticker: The sticker is permanent sticker. And it can protect goods inside the bag well. The mailer bag is one time use. When you tear the sticker, the bag will be damaged as well. We can custom size and logo for custom. Any color is accepted only if panton color is provided. (3) Good quality printing Firstly, we use advanced grvature printing machine, it will help printing more accurate. Secondly, before order confirmed, we usually provide mock up for clients check, only after confirmed, we will arrange the order. Also before bulk printing, our colleague who is reposible for printing will give us a sample for us sales or clients to check and confirm. And finally, our quality inspection worker will check the printing quality before shipping out, once found bad quality, we will never shipping it them to our clients.1. The material comes in roll.and the material is transparent. We need to print colors on material based on customer’s design. Our printing machine is Gravure print machine. We need to engrave design of customer in molds which is a tool of Gravure print. Different deisgn need to make different mold for it as well as size. But good thing is mold can be used for many time. If customer need to make same design bag in same size, it will not need to make molds, which will save a lot of money compared with digital print, which is not need to make mold but unit price is much higher than Gravure every time. We can print up to nine colors,which can totally meet requirement of customer. 2. If customer need composed bag. We will have Compound bag making machine to make material together. Compound bag making machine is a machine compose bag by glue. And put the material being compound in oven up to 24 hours to make material being glued steady.
